John Turner

John is both a Chartered Surveyor and a Chartered Town Planner; he joined Ballymore in 1998 and is Director of Town Planning. John has managed the successful delivery of significant planning permissions for mixed-use on numerous large regeneration sites, particularly in East London. Prior to joining Ballymore, John worked for NHS Estates as Estates and Development Planning Manager for the North Thames region.

Juliette joined Swan in 2015 and plays a central strategic role leading continuous improvement throughout all vertically integrated departments within the Regeneration & Development directorate. During her time at Swan Juliette has been responsible for heading up the Development Team whilst unlocking delivery of the projects including 360 Barking, The Paragon, Claybury View, Blackhorse Yard and Watts Grove. Juliette has worked in a variety of housing associations for over 10 years gaining valuable experience in regeneration, development & service improvement

Ailsa has been with Gardiner and Theobald for over four years working meticulously with developers and consultant teams to secure planning consent and bring schemes forward. Specialising in complex mix-use developments Ailsa enjoys the challenges that working in central London brings to large scale projects. She is currently Project Manager for the Elephant and Castle Town Centre redevelopment which aims to deliver nearly a 1000 new homes for rent, a new University campus, tube station as well as shops, restaurants and leisure facilities. Prior to joining Gardiner and Theobald Ailsa worked for an award winning Architectural practice having graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2012 with a dual honours degree in Structural Engineering and Architecture.

Nick Jones

Nick Jones is Head of Property Management at Grosvenor. He looks afters properties, streets and gardens across Grosvenor’s 300 acre London estate comprising Mayfair and Belgravia. Nick heads up Grosvenor’s major investment in digital infrastructure. In 2016, he established that connectivity on the estate was poor and those living and working there were desperate for better internet speeds. In 2017, Grosvenor announced a number of partnerships to transform the estate’s digital landscape, as part of its 20 year Vision. This programme of investment would revolution the estate, bringing it into the top 5% best digitally connected parts of the UK; not only improving the lives of those on estate now, but building a platform for digital opportunity in the future.
