Joint Managing Partner, Argent and Partner, Related Argent

Nick is joint Managing Partner of Argent and a Partner of Related Argent. He spent almost 10 years working on King’s Cross, a 27ha masterplan on a former railway land in London which is now home to Central St Martins college, offices, retail and 1700 new homes, recognised for its emphasis on engaging public spaces and a rich arts and culture programme. Nick now leads Related Argent’s 10 million sq ft Brent Cross Town development in North London which will deliver 6,700 new homes, workspace for 25,000 people and a new town centre.

Before joining Argent in late 2007, Nick worked with Chelsfield and European Land at Paddington Basin, where he delivered The Point and Waterside buildings for M&S and Orange respectively and was also the development manager responsible for obtaining planning permission for the Merchant Square development. Prior to that Nick spent almost 5 years working on large developments in the Far East.

Nick is the ex-chair of the British Council for Offices London Awards judging panel and for 8 years was Chairman of Club Peloton, the charity that organises the multi-day ride to Mipim, of which he remains an active member and supporter.
