The offices at our landmark Brunel Building are fully pre-let and completing this summer. At 80 Charlotte Street W1, our largest project to date, completing in 2020, the offices are 84% pre-let. We are also on site at Soho Place W1, now 42% pre-let and The Featherstone Building, adjacent to our award-winning White Collar Factory campus.
