London is the most connected city in the world – from our globally diverse population and rich cultural offer to our deep international networks in trade, innovation, and investment.
The 2026 London Real Estate Forum will place connectivity at its heart, exploring how our world-leading built environment ecosystem can sustain and strengthen London’s global position as we confront the generational challenges of AI, climate change, and an evolving geopolitical landscape.
Beyond global connectivity, we will also dive into how the built environment sector prioritises our own inter-discipline connections – between public and private, investor and community, digital and physical – to foster collaboration, trust and delivery at pace.
It is those connections that will help us to unlock place-based investment into transport, energy, data and social infrastructure – the foundations that will enable new housing, workplaces, learning and innovation districts, visitor experiences, and public spaces to thrive.
Together, we’ll explore how London can remain one of the world’s most connected, competitive, and inclusive cities – powered by the people, partnerships and places that make it extraordinary.
The London Real Estate Forum 2026 returns to Guildhall on 16 September – tickets are now available at a super early bird rate. NLA members can also access an exclusive discount by contacting lref@nla.london.
